Lecturer | Psychology & Behavioral Sciences (NIPCONS, PMA) I am a Lecturer at Pakistan Military Academy, Abbottabad Campus, where I teaches Psychology to undergraduate cadets. I hold an MPhil in Psychology from Quaid-i-Azam University, Islamabad, with academic and research interests in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, leadership, human behavior, personality development, stress management, and organizational effectiveness. My professional experience includes teaching, psychological & behavioral sciences research. My work combines academic knowledge with practical experience in human behavior, interpersonal relationships, leadership development, and applied psychology. My research interests include organizational behavior, leadership, workplace psychology, human resource development, stress and resilience, and the application of psychological principles in institutional and organizational settings.
